WLM FAQ 2.1 Released

On Friday I released a new update to my FAQ site, putting it up to version 2.1. I know, I can hear you all saying "But your site was already looking really good, what can you change?", well, you might have asked yourself that question if you were English speaking, but what if you weren't? Well, that's what the update to my site looks at, language barriers! Or rather, the breaking of...! This new release incorporates and allows for translations into different languages. To start off with, I have German, French, Dutch and Chinese, and I'm looking at bringing more online when I get people who are willing to translate it into another language.

I have also added buttons at the top of the page for my blog and for emailing me, and I have got them looking like the Windows Live Messenger buttons that you see in your very own contact list window. The advertisement now shows [kind of] ads now, but only three and none of which will be bringing me any money. They point to LiveSide.net as the guys there do an excellent job and are always kind enough to put a mention up whenever I make a significant change to my FAQ site (Latest). One goes to my Ferret Web Design site, and the other goes to Live.com.

If anyone reading this would like to help me in my quest to make my site as globally universal as possible with translations, then please email me at wlm[at]scottisafool[dot]co[dot]uk and let me know what you can translate it into. I would love a Norwegian translation on there if anyone can help (don't ask for my reasons though).

Today sees the official launch of version 2 of my WLM FAQs site. Some of you may remember my original version when the WLM beta was first out, it's certainly changed since then and there will be more changes on the way. So bookmark it now and keep your eyes peeled.
